The effective interest rate for an example credit 1 000 EUR with 12 monthly payments is 29,6 %. Costs of the credit: administration fee 3 EUR / month, opening fee 0 EUR and interest rate 20 %.

Total amount to be paid

The credit is repaid in monthly instalments that include interest in the outstanding
principal and amortization of the principal. The amount of the amortization
of the principal is the agreed percentage of the capital balance of the credit at
the time of invoicing.

For example, the total amount to be paid is 1147,61 EUR if the credit amount is
1000 EUR, payment period 12 months, administration fee 3 EUR / months, opening
fee 0 EUR and interest rate 20 %.

The credit is applied to paying for certain products or services later or is connected to the delivery of certain products or services.

Costs in the case of late payments

The customer will be charged with interest in late payment in accordance with
the Interest law from the due date to the payment date. However, interest on
late payment shall be payable on the same basis as before the due date, up to
180 days from the date on which the debt is fully due.

A reminder fee of 5 EUR will be charged for the payment reminder.

PART II

Installments and if necessary, the order for allocating payments on different credits

You will pay the following:

The credit is repaid in monthly installments according to the chosen payment period, that include interest on the outstanding principal, costs and amortization of
the principal.

If the total credit amount is for example 1 000 EUR and chosen payment period is
12 months, the monthly installment is 95,63 EUR.

Warning regarding the consequences of default or late payment

Svea can terminate the credit agreement and declare the debt immediately due
and payable according to Consumer Protection Act chapter 7 § 33 in the following
scenarios:

(a) The customer’s payment is at least one month late from its due date and still
unpaid, while the overdue amount is at least 10 % of the credit amount, or 5 % in
case it includes more than one installment or covers the entire outstanding balance.
(b) Any other relevant breach of contract by the customer.

Svea is permitted to report payment defaults into credit register according to its license conditions (after a payment has been over 21 days late from the reminder
and over 60 days from the original due date).

OTHER COSTS

Extending the payment period with at least 14 days costs 5 EUR, maximum 20 EUR in a year.

The customer is liable to pay other costs related to payment defaults. These include e.g. payment reminder (now 5 EUR) and the costs of a payment demand in accordance with the Act on Debt Collection (22 April 1999/513, as amended).

Preconditions under which the above-mentioned costs related to the credit agreement can be changed

Svea may, within the limits permitted by consumer credit legislation, adjust the
charges for the credit during the loan term in proportion to the increase in the underlying costs.

Consumers are entitled to file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Board if the matter cannot be resolved. The Board can only recommend actions on the matter.

Warning regarding the legal and financial consequences of failure to comply with
obligations

If the customer fails to meet the payment obligations under the credit agreement,
default interest will be charged on the overdue amount in accordance with the Interest Act, as well as statutory collection costs. Failure to make payments may result in a negative credit record. In accordance with the terms of the credit agreement and applicable legislation, the creditor has the right to terminate the agreement and declare the entire remaining credit immediately due and payable. In tied credit agreements, the seller or creditor may have the right to repossess the financed goods. The claim may be transferred to debt collection and, if necessary, to enforcement proceedings, which will increase the costs incurred by the customer.

Repayment schedule

The credit is repaid in 36 monthly installments. Each monthly installment is 85,40 EUR. The first monthly installment is due on the last day of the following month after the product or service has been delivered.

Upon request, the customer shall receive a detailed repayment schedule free of
charge.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The customer is entitled to withdraw from a credit agreement made by giving the creditor permanent notice of withdrawal within 14 days since signing the agreement, or a later date when the customer has received a copy of the agreement in accordance with Consumer Protection Act chapter 7 § 17. A notice of withdrawal can be made within the time limit set by letter to the address Svea Bank AB filial i Finland,

The notice must include the specific agreement that is to be withdrawn.

The customer must without delay and at latest in 30 days since sending the notice of withdrawal repay the credit to Svea. Otherwise, the withdrawal will no longer be valid.

 

Clause on the law applicable to the credit agreement and/or a competent
court of law

Consumers are entitled to file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Board. If a dispute is brought before a court, the action shall be brought in the district court of the customer’s place of residence, unless the customer chooses to bring the action in the court of first instance at the creditor’s place of domicile. If the consumer customer
does not have permanent residence in Finland, disputes will be settled at the
Helsinki District Court.

Language regime

Information and agreement terms are delivered in Finnish language. With the customer’s consent, Finnish language will be used for communication during
the term of the credit agreement.
